- All orders placed before 12pm will be shipped out on the same day ( excluding holidays and weekends). 

 

- Orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped the following business days.

 

- We offer expedited shipping with tracking provided. 

 

- International shipping is available, please allow us 24h for international shipment quote. 

 

- Taxes or duties will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

- Orders can be picked up from LASH DOLL STUDIO, 78 Smithe St, Vancouver. Please email hello@lashdoll.ca to make arrangement.

 

- Lash Doll Studio will accept exchanges only with the following conditions:

 

• notified us within 48 hours, and items need to be returned within 7 days of receipt. 

• Item must be in original packaging and unopened

• Item must be returned with the original receipt

• Shipping charges will apply

 

- All final sales items are with no refunds or exchanges.

 

- 15% handling fee and shipping fee apply to returned shipment due to customer error. 

 

- Lash Doll Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced packages during shipping.
